1 | Enquiry
After your initial enquiry I will send you a custom quote detailing your package outline and total. Confirmation of this will be required before proceeding.
2 | Booking
Once you have confirmed the details and are ready to proceed I will send an invoice for a 50% deposit and a contract. This deposit will reserve your spot and is non-refundable. The remaining balance will be due on approval of your digital proofs before print production begins. I'll need the contract signed and emailed back to me.
3 | Inspiration
Upon proof of purchase I will need you to send me your inspiration and any specific wording that you want as well as the look and feel you want your wedding to have. This ensures that the stationery compliments other elements of your wedding. If you need help with wording I am happy to do that.
4 | Designs & Proofs
Once I have received the above information I will send you your first digital proofs for you to look over and approve. You can expect your first digital proofs within 3-4 business days if it's one of the Anthos Collections and 7-10 business days if it is a custom suite. Three refinements per element are included. Thereafter additional fees may apply. These refinements include wording changes, colour changes and other design personalisation discussed. Please double-check all spelling, grammar, text and layout before signing off on your proofs, once approved Anthos Design Studio is not responsible for any layout or typographical errors. 5 | Sign off & Final Payment
Once the order details are correct and you are ready to proceed to the production phase, you will be emailed an invoice for the full balance due on your order as production fees need to be paid in full before printing can begin.
6 | Production
Upon proof of payment, production of your suite and order fulfilment will take place within my current turnaround times once final payment has been made.
